They also make it easy to buy, sell, and access tickets for sporting events, concerts, etc. We use them to transfer tickets to our clients to help maintain great relationships. **What do you dislike about Ticketmaster?** The ONLY thing I dislike about Ticketmaster are their fees. There seems to be a fee for a lot of things, even when buying digital tickets. Their platform makes up for it. **What problems is Ticketmaster solving and how is that benefiting you?** We wanted an easy way to get tickets to clients to keep them happy.
