The user experience is better than all the competition. Being able to flip on the "show price with fees", switch between map and list views, etc just works better and faster than others. Not much to dislike, but I do wish that the "show prices with fees" could be set to default as on. Also, Ticketmaster is typically not the cheapest... competitors typically have cheaper tickets listed, although their user experience may not be as good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
