What do you like best about Ticketmaster?

Ticketmaster makes it easy to find out about events happening in your area. They also make it easy to buy, sell, and access tickets for sporting events, concerts, etc. We use them to transfer tickets to our clients to help maintain great relationships. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticketmaster?

The ONLY thing I dislike about Ticketmaster are their fees. There seems to be a fee for a lot of things, even when buying digital tickets. Their platform makes up for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ticketmaster solving and how is that benefiting you?

We wanted an easy way to get tickets to clients to keep them happy. Ticketmaster makes it possible with just knowing their email, first name, and last name. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"VIP seats not always apparent despite VIP pricing"

What do you like best about Ticketmaster?

I like that Ticketmaster alerts me to artists I like to follow and that they keep me updated on the latest events near me. I sometimes like the early access options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticketmaster?

In at least one case, I purchased expensive VIP tickets through Ticketmaster about 8 months in advance, but I was not allowed to know exactly where our seats were until a very short period before the concert. Because of that uncertainty affecting my guest, I fought for a refund, which I could only acquire after jumping many hoops and gaining the aid of my bank. So I don't like that they're not always the most transparent in their seating or even their pricing (very high fees that time), and it was nearly impossible to get the refund without external help. What problems is Ticketmaster solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't feel that Ticketmaster is the most helpful in securing the best priced seats or in being transparent about what seats I'm paying for in certain cases. I mostly use other ticket sales companies at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps event Organizers to make their tickets available through marketplace, which includes websites, apps and Fan Support centers of ticketmaster Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticketmaster?

Nothing much yet as of now because i havent dislike anything yet Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ticketmaster solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can gift any event ticket to my friend of family by simply clicking on transfer ticket through my account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
