Then when I called to adjust for a credit or refund I called, emailed & wrote on their Facebook page just to get pushed around and eventually no response or outcome at all! **What problems is TicketLeap solving and how is that benefiting you?** Will never do business with them again and will strongly deter clients away from them as well. ### 2.
