Ticketbud is the easiest platform to manage, promote and sell tickets to your event. Ticketbud's event registration software allows you to get set up and selling tickets in less than 5 minutes. Our internal processor gives you daily payouts, meaning that you no longer have to wait until after you event ends to get paid! Finally, our customer experience team is skilled in assisting you with whatever you may need.

**What do you like best about Ticketbud?**

Made it easy to trust them by offering  cancellation insurance that I got. I ate something that didn't agree with me and was unable to go and when I tried to get the refund, I was denied because I don't have insurance and unable to go to the Dr to get proof.

**What do you dislike about Ticketbud?**

Standing behind what they say. Insurance is a joke.

**What problems is Ticketbud solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not giving me my refund. Stand behind what you say
