"Very easy to use and nice interface"
5/5
What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

I love that it is so easy to use but it looks professional too. It would really work for small community groups or large businesses that are needing to run online or in person events. You can automate a lot and duplicate emails/events from previous ones so it makes it very quick to upload a series of events or similar. It's very easy to learn to use too, I think most people would pick it up quickly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

To be honest, I've not really found anything just yet. I suppose it would be nice to have more options for your own branding but there are so many options to put on your own website that I am not sure this matters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

How customizable it is. There are so many options! Different ticket tiers? Assigned seating? Promotion and discout codes? Link to your own website confirmation page? Ticket Tailor covers it all!

Also the few times I've needed help, I was able to find the answer SO EASILY via their FAQ section, or quickly connect with a live person and have my questions answerd via chat.

I've recommended Ticket Tailor to several colleagues already and they love it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

Only if I have to nitpick, and maybe it's just I haven't figured it out yet, but I'd love the option to use your own brand's hexcode for button colors on your ticket sales page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best I've found"
5/5
What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

I searched around this summer for the best way to continue to automate and make signing up for sessions as simple as possible and wanted to share what works well for me! After trialing a few options, I decided to just keep what we've been using for a few years now. It's completely free to use if your sessions are free and there are discounted rates for non-profits on top of that. I like that we can offer a free program, but include a donation or "recommended amount" that most people end up paying anyways. (It'd be cheap even if you do charge per session and you could put the extra fees on your attendees.) I can easily create automated email reminders that send to everyone signed up for each session, automatically create wait-lists / limit open spots, and make a printable door-list of everyone coming for my secretary with just a click of a button. TicketTailor has been a game changer for me and looks sleek on our website too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

I wish I could save info so that returning attendees wouldn't have to upload the same info every time. I also wish they could select multiple days instead of inputting the same info repetitively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, transparent, low flat fees for ticket sales"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

It has fine-grained control over event, for example we're selling a few different categories of tickets (e.g. early birds) with different expiry dates and independent controls for quantity. By controlling how many tokens you buy to make per-ticket sales cheaper, and the quantity of tickets for events, you can know exactly how much you'll be spending to run sales for your event. The way the embed works on a wordpress site is magic too - a simple plugin, easily set up, so delegates/ticket purchasers never feel like they're leaving the organisational website. What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

Some facility to setup a scheduled purchase for tokens would be useful, for example to buy x amount if we sell n tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

We use Ticket Tailor every day for fundraising and have found it to be very easy to use. We hold one BIG annual event and several small events which were very easy to implement. The price is really fabulous compared to Eventbrite and we get all the features we need including integration with Paypal and Stripe. Customer support is pretty good and it is nice to be able to access the online chat facility without having to wait very long. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

Although you can customise fields for attendants names, the customised fields do not appear in the online booking confirmations and there is no way to get them there. If you use the standard attendant name field then this gets downloaded as one field with first and surname concatenated. A minor issue but can be quite annoying to customers with complex names... "User friendly platform with help at every step!"

What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

I can always find the answer I'm looking for and if I can't, the little chat button is always close at hand. I have never had to wait more than one minute to get a question completely answered - and in a easy and friendly way - with an actual LIVE person! It's like being treated like a real, human being! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

Not much... the door list could be a little more printer friendly... maybe combine the ticket holders into one unit (to use less printer ink) but overall, it's very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great system"

What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

Takes the hassle out of tracking payments, arranging seating plans etc etc. The people choose their own seats, the system takes payment and gives a list of all seats, payments etc its just great. I can even sell products! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

It would be nice if you could have the products page linked to the main ticket events website. Or make it easier to find out how to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

We love the intuitive and easy interface to set up events and the way we can gather important information about our customers. whenever we have been stuck, the customers service support has been prompt excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

We also used TT to sign up customers for free events but the URL always includes "buy tickets" - I suppose we could use a URL shortener.

I'd like to be able to select multiple ticket types when sending pre event broadcast mail - can only select one ticket type or all ticket types. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can create workshops that people can sign up to and I can communiicctae with without the need to store their contact niformation on my computer which simplifies my GDPR proceedures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

I would like a little more flexibility on creating banners/graphics and for the information on banner sizes to be where I'm adding the banner instead of having to go and find them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
