A great platform for seamlessly issuing tickets and keeping a record of income. I just discovered the Broadcast feature which was very helpful.

Super user friendly back end. Setting up events, assistance marketing events and even making refunds is simple and intuitive. The data is phenomenal and allows us to make smart decisions quickly. The only thing I struggle with is getting the logo to load at the rigjht size. It would be really useful if the system could opffer to resize your files to suit Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When you're in your box office settings, you can hover your cursor over the '?' and it'll give you the suggested sizes, as follows: Max height 105 pixels

Max width 944 pixels. I'd advise using a tool like Canva, or you can edit the size of your logo file directly. On a Mac go to 'Tools' > 'Adjust Size...' > Make sure it's set to 'pixels'' and that the width and height are locked, so when you change one the other changes and keeps it to scale. I'll be sure to pass this on to the team, as it may be something we can add in the future.
