What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

Nothing right now since we'only used it for one event that was a free event. The listed fees are definitely a lot less than the ticketing platform we switched from. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Ticket Tailor solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ticketing platform we were using kept increasing their fees and is now charges a monthly subscription regardless of use. Since we only host 1 paid event each year and multiple free events year-round. The cost didn't make sence. Ticket Tailor's pay as you go fee structure and fees made more financial sense for us. "Best Ticketing Platform"

What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

Ticketing is easy to set up for multiple events. The platform allows me to create bundles for live and virtual events. Most recently I have found the membership feature to be hugely helpful. The app feature and other system integrations (email marketing and automation) are great and easy to set up. You get so much for the price! Well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

"Easy for first time user to create and event and sell tickets"

What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

It was very easy to set up my organization, our event, and all the various ticket and add-on options. Customers seemed to have an easy time ordering tickets as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ticket Tailor?

We will be using export functionality to check-in customers at our event instead of the app due to not having reliable internet at the venue. The exported files are a little weird and will require some manual mucking to get them into a more usable format for our needs.

What do you like best about Ticket Tailor?

We are a small musical organization and have used TT to sell tickets to our perfomances since last summer. It's very easy to use, the UI is very clear for both operators and ticket buyers, and fees are much lower than competing platforms. Customer support has also been responsive and helpful.
