One of the tools I like is the fact that you can take a picture of your ticket with the app, and it sends it to the department in charge to validate it **What do you dislike about Tickelia?** This app is good however it seems it still has some bugs to fix because it gets frozen very often or get some errors, and I have to close the app and sometimes restart my phone. **Recommendations to others considering Tickelia:** The app developers should work more on it to avoid bugs **What problems is Tickelia solving and how is that benefiting you?** Make us to be more productive because it avoid wasting time, wasting papers, but I think the problem it helps the most is that we can help to avoid fraud.
