"Using Tick to Manage project time"
4/5
What do you like best about Tick?

Easy to use and set up projects, I like that you can import projects from Basecamp. You are also able to import template projects, which means for a little set up time you can save time setting up future projects. You can allocate itemized number of hours for projects, and run various reports to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tick?

Good for tracking hours... not much else. Would be nice to have this integrated with a project manager, calendar and other features... However, the system does allow for importing data from Basecamp or from a templates project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Time Tracking at it's Best"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tick?

My team uses Tick to budget each project. We have established a sample project with our typical project tasks and estimated budget allowance. Depending on the project, we are able to make adjustments to the budget, either more or less. Individuals are able to choose how they log their time, either manually or through a timer app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tick?

The new visual setup for each project makes is harder to read the Budget Time and Actual Time (they are side-by-side and formatted the same). Sometimes it is easy to confuse the two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast and User-Friendly Time Tracking Software"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Tick?

With so many time tracking platforms on the market that try to do too much, it's nice to see something that focuses on one thing (project time tracking and resourcing) and does it extremely well. The user interface is extremely friendly and easy to use, and entering new projects and time sheets is a breeze. One of the best time tracking systems I've ever used (and I've used a lot). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tick?

Reporting isn't quite as robust as it could be (which might be a slight annoyance to HR and accountant types). But that' a minor issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tick?

There seems to be a glitch now that keeps adding a blank task every time I try to edit a project. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
