Integration with third-party software like Dynamics CRM is good, but you have to keep up with Microsoft changes and adjust accordingly. It's not a set it and forget it product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The exceptional leader support on the product support, the cutting edge eclipse studio for development, built in enterprise administrator for overall lookup. The TTM(Time to market ) is exceptionally faster when compared to competitors. Personally we have pushed many features over night to compete the market requirements.
