When customers asks "can I do this in EBX", the answer is usually yes. EBX is very flexible and allows for extensions to be added to accomplish most of what organizations value the most - good quality data, production hardened integrations, and powerful workflows. While EBX is a superior MDM platform, meeting all customer requirements does take knowledge of Java and scripting to make it happen. It's not an easy tool for the average engineer to pick up.
