Nothing to sneeze at. Tibco BPM started life as Staffware, one of the first worflow products to hit the market with a graphical modeling capability. Staffware set the standard for workflow for many years. The later acquisition by Tibco put them together with the message bus and integration vendor ina way the enhanced both products. **What do you dislike about TIBCO BPM Enterprise?** A little bit too conservative. Not really anything leading edge. They have plenty of installed base, and that means they will probably be around forever, but newer offerings seem to be more stylish and hip to the latest techniques. **Recommendations to others considering TIBCO BPM Enterprise:** Like all such system there is going to be a niche, so make sure you are in the right niche with Tibco **What problems is TIBCO BPM Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Application development around a business process.
