It's less user friendly making it difficult for anyone, those who're n't tech savvy like myself to navigate. The real time analytics provide poor insights into employee morale and engagement. **What do you dislike about Thymometrics?** It is not allowing us to take measures. Lacks the ability to customize surveys based on our needs is a feature. The customer support team is not available to address any queries or concerns. **What problems is Thymometrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** It does have some limitations in terms of customization options that cater specifically to unique business requirements. The reporting features are also lack in depth insights and analytics.
