I like being able to keep it simple and clean looking, not grouping all messages together. I also like being able to label the emails and right click and save/reply etc. A lot of this doesn't work as well in a client like outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Thunderbird? The syncing is so bad - sometimes it takes forever, granted i get a lot of emails, but I'm talking hours to sync up. Also a lot of times a message sent has an error saving to the sent folder, so then my log of sent emails is all out of wack - some aren't showing up, or the content in the message is empty, or just plain wrong - like wrong address associated with the content of the email sent - its a strange thing. but a big problem when you are in sales like me and send a ton of emails. I just recently had to switch to outlook after using Thunderbird for years. While there's a lot I don't like about outlook, its just smoother and runs better/faster more efficiently than Thunderbird.
