Easy to setup emails over IMPA, the software is fairly lightweight, ads-free, and also performs well on Linux based distro. So basically it is stable, plain and simple which does the job well of sending and receiving emails, though there is nothing special about it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Thunderbird? There are quite a few things I dislike about it, lot of the time the email templates with more visual element does not render properly. One if the issue thst I am facing is my import email are going to spam and I can't find ot a way to not have to mark all email from that Id not spam. There is no mobile app so have to use different apps on desktop and mobile which leads to inconsistent experience. And it has one of the mosr boaring and uninspiring UI I have see in today's time. I use thunderbird to setup company emails, and use mostly for local inter-compay communication, check inbox, reply, send emails thats it, don't use any additional features like events, calenders and organization. I like being able to keep it simple and clean looking, not grouping all messages together. I also like being able to label the emails and right click and save/reply etc. A lot of this doesn't work as well in a client like outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Thunderbird? The syncing is so bad - sometimes it takes forever, granted i get a lot of emails, but I'm talking hours to sync up. Also a lot of times a message sent has an error saving to the sent folder, so then my log of sent emails is all out of wack - some aren't showing up, or the content in the message is empty, or just plain wrong - like wrong address associated with the content of the email sent - its a strange thing. but a big problem when you are in sales like me and send a ton of emails. I just recently had to switch to outlook after using Thunderbird for years. While there's a lot I don't like about outlook, its just smoother and runs better/faster more efficiently than Thunderbird. Being able to create very smart filters to sort all my emails into appropriate folders AND have it downloaded regionally if I wanted to on my laptop. You can no longer add the best email invoices that are not public, but also passionate advocates of commercial invoices who develop plugins, and a seamless integration with Zoho and Gmail or Google for businesses. Sometimes it opens twice and occasionally its GUI buttons to minimize, maximize, and close cannot be clicked, which may be issues with Windows 10. Errors, slowness, sometimes it remains frozen, sometimes not. Longer painting belongings, you have to be careful with updates that may provide out-of-place information. Recommendations to others considering Thunderbird: Some email providers can help you access your mail through POP3 instead of IMAP, so it is not always retained on their servers. It has excellent protection capabilities and is open source, so it does not rely on a single company. Thunderbird is a great program if you are looking for an email client to install, simply undeniable. Thunderbird Ninite is a nice way to do it quickly, though. Sometime Thunderbird will show out the last email content and attachment, not the current receive email content. User need refresh software or click other email folder to refresh email content. Some image missing when the image is show in email content and attach file in email. Some special character such as "-\>" in email content, Thunderbird will show " à ".
