The Zapier integration is sometimes confusing and maybe I didn't set it up properly, but sometimes it does not tag the customer correctly when a certain action is performed. Customer support is excellent, with chat agents available within minutes and always going the extra mile. Keap offers a range of automation options, from simple to extensive. What do you dislike about Thryv? Keap is still the best for my business automation, especially with payment and membership triggers and connectivity. Keap helps us track and qualify leads by automating follow-ups based on actions and interests, ensuring we engage with prospects at the right time.
