Guess they changed their name again. While they are still trying to find their selves regarding naming they have a solid understand of CRM and business operation software. The company rebrands are the biggest area of improvement. The software has been solid for a while now but the organization still struggles with naming and branding. Recommendations to others considering Thryv: No matter the size of your organization if you are looking for a quality CRM at a good price with excellent customer service and room to scale as your business grows. Keap is a no-brainer because of its great pricing and an awesome team of customer support. They also give back and are constantly trying to make their platform better. The move from Infusionsoft to Keap is proof of how much the platform is continuously evolving for the better.
