While Keap has been a force in the small to medium business space, the merger has created some uncertainty. Keap is still continuing on and remains it's functionally the same 'self' but as a developer, I'm seeing many ask what it's future holds. Developers, especially those that focus on integrations, only can make thryv/keap more useful and accessible to their customers and investing in the developer community can only help drive more sales. I like the ease of use and the simplicity of the app. I appreciate getting direct messages and having direct chat with customers. I also find it helpful to get notifications in a quick manner.
