Keap has many features that cover a number of our business processes. We bring leads into Keap, tag them, email them, sell our services and charge them through chekout forms. We have been exposed to our clients repeatedly due to Keap's bugs. We 've had problems such as repeat charges and multiple recurring payments that have resulted in losing many clients. These issues took such a long time to address that is simply not acceptable. Duplicate reurring payments are still being created randomly after nearly two years of reporting the issue and after countless man-hours wasted on our part. Keap is not a reliable platform. i would not recommend it to anyone and we will never use it again once we manage to set up an alternative CRM system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. You pay a much higher price than with many alternatives that offer nearly the same features for marketing. Customer support ranges from not-even-bothering-to-answer to good. The alternatives I've seen (mostly by working with other tools with my clients) all have major issues. Infusionsoft has issues, too, but they're minimal compared to tools like Ontraport or HubSpot. It is easy accessible, has a training program, and is good at letting users know about new training offerings. It seems so invested in its 'training' programs' yet it doesn't appear to translate to the actual user experience. It is not as comprehensive and integrative as a medium-sized business would care for, and so much that several of our employees are put off by the idea of using it. As the person tasked with becoming the company-Keap-'guru'', I personally found it very confusing. Even when diving into the 'training' programs, they appeared to be more content-based and focused on the 'why' and not the 'how' to use such a supposedly basic program. Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 8/22/2023 "Disappointed in the advice received frm AE @ KEAP that would have avoided a contentious cancellation" 1.5/5 What do you like best about Thryv? KEAP is designed to follow internet leads and convert them to customers. It was not suited for maintaining relationships with existing customers. We were very excited about the demos and recommendations not when it came to using it as a CRM it was way short of what we needed and we canceled after the first counseling session. We paid initial fees and cancellation fees which I thought were not warranted given the lack of understanding of our business and how much of a misfit this was for what we were trying to do. We never heard from the original account executive addressing any concerns we had and only got routed to a closer who made a self-assessment that they had no responsibility for it. It's only money but it was also a couple of hours time arguing with their " loss mitigation" person. A horrible experience. More detail ... I spent the better part of the weekend between signing up for Keap and our first meeting with the coach Dawn to make sure I was prepared myself. If you look at the account I added contacts and went through the entire outline to be in the best position to get this project going right away. In the demo process with Colin everything looked really really good and I was assured that I had an opportunity to try it out in our environment to make sure everything worked within our company the way we expected it. The focus and the demos was all the great things Keap does but I didn't think to try and test some pretty basic things that we rely upon on a daily basis. I was assured by Colin that if there were issues we could unwind this thing. I'm certainly not interested in paying for Keap and unable to use it. I'm also not interested in trying to wrap Keap around our current CRM at this point. Well I lost that battle simply because they had my credit card ... Clients we have have a primary and a partner and we could not send emails to both parties at the same time.
