What is most helpful about thryv to me is the convenience of being able to integrate it into my daily workflow. The ease of being able to communicate with potential clients and manage my calendar all in one place allows me to use thryv very frequently. Furhtermore, due to the simple UI it is easy to coach coworkers who are less familiar with the product, making it easy to implement. Not only that, the one time we had an issue their customer service team was more than helpful in resolving that. Overall, due to the sheer number of features, ability to use it for nearly every task I ask of it, and wonderfully simple UI which makes integrating it so easy, I would recommend Thryv to anyone. The only downside I have noticed about using Thryv, is that it had an issue where it would switch the addresses around to a different address for each of my clients when I would enter a new one. I like the fact that so many features are in the same place. Our biggest challenege with using other softwares before thryv was the friction of having to integrate everything whereas now theres minimal integration with other software due to the fact that the base software offers everything needed. Very easy to apply to our business and easy to setup from the get go. The professionals at Thryv take the time to listen to what your business actually does, and needs, and discusses products that will provide the most value. They are honest with what you NEED. The customer support has been top notce to help us get set up and it's made implementation very smooth. Their product integrates well with the systems we already use, which make it easy to use. Having the ability to sort clients by way of a "Value" in the data base.

For example: List all clients by Revenue $, from highest to lowest.

Great customer support! They assign you a business manager right away to make sure you get everything you want out of the system. Set up time to chat on Zoom to walk you through spots that you need help. Adjust anything on the back end to make sure it is working properly before the call ends. Before I talked to anyone, I downloaded my gmail to the system. I highly recommend to clean up your emails and any promotional emails before inporting as they all come along. I deleted the connection, cleaned up my inboxes and then reconnect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just wish I'd found them sooner...nothing to dislike. Perhaps they could offer separate modules rather than only their whole system. I have messed with the program a little in between the setup calls but I haven't really seen anything I have been upset about. If there is a download that would be able to be placed on my computer to make login easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use, I was able to set up a lot of things before my meeting with the support team. Everyone was very transparent with me about what the program can and can't do so there were no surprises when we purchased the program. I like how the program integrates with all of our social media. My favorite thing about Thryv is that every person that works for the comany that I have spoken to truly cares about our goals for the company and wants to help us achieve them.
