# How could I use tags to follow my prospect when they buy my product on an external online store I live and work in Finland, and deal with a Finnish online store -www.holvi.com. i have an 3 video trial LP made in Keap that give prospects the possibility to try out my online course. I made the 3 video in separate Keap LP and added them in an email sequence. Then the propect can buy the full program thru a redirect link my Holvi site. I want to know how I could use tags in my canvas to see if an prospect has bought the program and I can stop and opt out of the email sequence or that I need to add them in an follow up reminder email sequence. I understand its a bit complicated but It how it is at the moment. Looking forward receiving and reading insights/ tricks and tools tools to learn to work around this. # What else should I be using to fully benefit from the platform? We love the email marketing tools and ability to store client/contact data. But those are really the main thing we use. I do plan to edit tags and lead sources to start leads ource tracking to see what is most cost effective. We don't need the e-commerce right now bc we have something else setup. What else am I not using that would be helpful for gathering data for better future strategy, sale conversion, and increasing return overall?
