"Solid CRM with Room for Improvement"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I've used Keap for over fifteen years, and it has allowed us to keep track of our business to help us grow our business and automate our marketing. The CRM portion keeps our contacts organized, and the tagging system is excellent. Although progress in adding new features has been quite slow over the last several years, Keap has been an excellent tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The automation builder could be more simple and reliable. There are not uncommon issues with automations not firing when they should, and many times failures happen silently, so you never know something has been missed. The email builder can be frustrating too. Additionally, the initial setup, done fifteen years ago, was quite challenging, especially migrating from a desktop-based CRM. "Top-Notch Tagging and Ease of Use, But Pricier Than Other CRMs"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I loved the way that Keap allowed users to tag and categorize people and companies. It was top-notch. I also greatly enjoyed the ease of use. It was very easy to learn and everything felt self-explanatory. Plus, customer service was great and easy to access so when I did run into a question I couldn't solve on my own, there was always help waiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The cost was very high in comparison to other CRM platforms, but other than the cost there was nothing I didn't like about Keap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive CRM with Intuitive Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I really like that Keap has a very simple, direct platform. It's intuitive, so even someone with no experience can learn how to use it and embrace every skill and feature it has. It also helps us map the client journey perfectly, giving insights into where people are coming from and if they are engaged. This helps maintain a healthy list and be seen favorably by email providers. I think that's a great feature Keap offers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

I don't think that there are things that don't work well. Maybe, yes, it depends if you don't have a kind of a huge list. It could be overcomplicated in a sense that you need to have a really big or at least a considerable amount of contacts to be able to really leverage all the advantages it has. So maybe if you're a really small company or you're an entrepreneur, maybe this is not a CRM for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Centralizes Marketing, Effort in Setup"
4/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I use Keap for marketing, mainly to manage leads and automate follow-ups. I love how it has centralized everything, helping solve the issue of handling leads from different sources. Lead management is awesome, and I appreciate how the CRM is combined with it and runs in the background, which saves me a lot of time. Once I got used to it, the setup became very easy. We integrate it with MailChimp, Google Analytics, and Calendly based on the workflow requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

A bit of effort is required to set up initially and pricing is a little bit high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"It is a strategic tool for the growth of my business."
5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

It helps me to multiply my time with automations and with all the functions it has to connect with each other. This means I don't have to resort to other tools for my daily work. The support is excellent, the tool is excellent, I really like the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The support is excellent 24/7, the automation workflows are easy to implement, the user experience is spectacular. It would be great if it could be in Spanish to share it with the Latin community and also connect with WhatsApp to make it more powerful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Sales with Powerful Automation"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

I like Keap's lifecycle automation as it effectively manages everything from collecting leads to nurturing, closing, and converting them into champion users. I find Keap simple to use and feature-rich compared to Zoho, which felt outdated and required too much lengthy work. The initial setup of Keap was smooth, and I appreciate their support team, who was quick to help and solve my queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Batch Emailing, Though the Layout Feels a Bit Too Marketing-Style"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

Interface is fairly intuitive and most simple way to batch email for our bankers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

How the set up of the email comes across more like a marketing email than outlook email. It creates a semi different layout and boxiness to the text but hasn’t been a major issue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive All-in-One Tool with Outstanding Support, but Needs Better Quote Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Keap?

It's intuitive to use. It's an all-in-one package. The support team is by far the most excellent in the industry, compared to Salesforce, Hubspot, All-in-One Marketing (Go-High), Pardot. The KEAP support team sets the apart as a product their people understand. If they don't understand something, they don't leave you hanging and get someone who does address the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Keap?

The only issue I've had with KEAP is the quote and invoice form flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
