What I like most about Keap is that it brings CRM, email marketing, and automation together in a single platform. From an account management perspective, it’s easy to stay on top of contacts, quickly see where each client sits in the pipeline, and automate follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks.
The automation builder is particularly useful. Once campaigns are set up, it saves a ton of time and helps keep communication consistent with both prospects and clients. I also like how customizable the platform is, since it lets us tailor workflows to different client journeys while still keeping everything organized in one place. One thing I dislike about Keap is that it can feel overwhelming at first, especially when you’re trying to set up more advanced automations. There’s definitely a learning curve, and it takes time to really understand how all the features connect and work together.
I’ve also noticed that some customizations require more manual setup than I expected, and the reporting can feel limited depending on how detailed you want to be. It’s a powerful tool once everything is configured properly, but getting through the initial setup and then fine-tuning it can be pretty time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
