What do you like best?

The ease and flexibility to manage files and send securely to clients or other business partners. The solution provides multiple avenues for connecting (internet browser, SFTP client, Outlook plug-in) that simplifies the management of the content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

At present there is no SAML integration for the Outlook plug-in to provide a more seamless user authentication experience. It does exist for the web UI though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are utilizing the solution for multiple purposes. The primary use is to manage large client deliverable files (2-5GB) and send to them securely via email. What do you like best?

We have been using Thru as our file transfer corporate solution in RIchemont international SA for more then 3 years with great success on the overall and positive feedback from our 10k users consuming the service on a regular basis.

The ease of usage and reliability of the service over the past 3 years have helped in improving the productivity of our users when needing to send small, medium or very large files to internal colleagues or external partners they are collaborating with.

We are exchanging thousands of 85k files each month and consuming 4TB of data in average with a file transfer success rate close to 100%. which confirms that solution is heavily used by our Worldwide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

Among the many qualities of the products, one area of improvements would be the upgrade process for customer using the Thru on-premises solution like us. Having a more automated updated process on top of a robust solution like Thru could certainly be of a great added value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

I love how Thru is integrated in Outlook. It allows you to use all the features that Outlook offers, like for instance the Adress Book, however complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

the smooth integration with Microsoft/Lotus Notes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

The audit logs on the site are quite tricky to read. The mechanism that controls the data volume thresholds is also tricky. Data cannot be reduced right away due to the deleted data stil sitting on the server. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

External coworkers can safely send sensitive data via SFTP. Huge amount of data can be sent safely, meaning encrypted. For the EU GDPR is a killer tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?

Cloud solution that covers most of the B2B MFT use cases. Really nice administration interface, with no coding and a self-service approach that saves lot of time to operations teams.

What do you like best?

Thru MFTaaS is one of the best solution in the market. Throughout the evaluation process the sales team have been very patient, helpful,  worked with us and our partners and provided us with all necessary information as needed. Primary benefit we get is sharing files through Salesforce, and being able to track and manage them. We began with this functionality, but the ease of using Thru and its ability to secure files has caused our company usage to continually grow.
