What I like most about ThriveDesk is that it pulls all customer conversations into one organized workspace. Having emails, contact form submissions, and live chat together in a shared inbox makes it much easier to stay on top of inquiries without constantly switching between different tools. Ticket assignment and internal collaboration also help ensure technical questions get routed to the right team, which is especially helpful when we’re handling inquiries from research partners as well as prospective customers. The interface feels clean and straightforward to navigate, and the knowledge base is a valuable addition for sharing documentation and addressing common questions. One area that could be improved is the availability of more advanced reporting and analytics for teams that need deeper insight into support performance and customer trends. While the core features handle day-to-day support tasks well, additional customization options for dashboards and reports would make the product even more valuable as support operations scale. That said, these feel like relatively minor gaps and haven’t had a meaningful impact on our overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
