It connects seamlessly to multiple third-party services (such as payment gates, email autoresponders, etc.), making setting up automated sales pages relatively simple. I have purchased ThriveCart twice – for two independent businesses. I use Thrivecart every month and rely on its simple integration tools to generate income for my businesses. Since buying, numerous significant upgrades have made the lifetime purchase option a great investment. The platform keeps getting better. **What do you dislike about ThriveCart?** It can sometimes be clunky. When multiple similar products and services exist, it is not always easy to locate the correct links. I'd love to see some best-practice tips to make the most of the platform. Although I use it regularly, I am barely scratching the surface of its capabilities, and I know I am likely leaving money on the table simply because I don't have the best workflows. However, that is a me problem, not a them problem. **What problems is ThriveCart solving and how is that benefiting you?** It makes life easier for my customers when purchasing products and services – particularly when selling en-masse. The platform links seamlessly to Stripe, PayPal, GooglePay and ApplePay, giving customers multiple ways to pay. It also offers many customisation options for payment plans, upsells, and more. ### 2. I really like how it's so easy to set up once I get through everything, and it's very much a step-by-step process. I needed it to charge in different currencies and ThriveCart connected to Stripe and Paypal with no issues. My checkout page is now a beautiful page I've loaded with testimonials and a very easy input process for the customer. **What do you dislike about ThriveCart?** Their "big" update has been due months ago and it's March 2023 at the time of this review and there's still no word. They also don't exactly update their users about new features despite having "We have many new features planned" on their website... I've been using ThriveCart for more than 2 years and I've never gotten updated. I've been waiting for them to add the ability to add more than one bump offer to the checkout page. Also, I wish the button that a customer clicks to buy an upsell can be duplicated a few times on the upsell page without interrupting the loading of a page... a few customers have been stuck on the upsell page which cost me sales. I also really dislike how prices are presented... the section where it says "Total payment" is of a small font size in grey which cannot be adjusted, and it says "All prices in USD" in incredibly tiny text. As I sell internationally, I want to remind people that they are paying in USD, so just stating the price as "US$47" would be great. When I have split payments or 3-mth subscriptions, it allows a customer to hover over the "Future payments" area and totals up their payments. I really would rather not have that, no one wants to be reminded of how much more they are actually paying over the months. I would rather have the text be "3 Monthly Payments of $47" and then the main text be something like "TODAY'S PAYMENT: $47" and "Then 2 additional monthly payments of $47" in smaller font size. **What problems is ThriveCart solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's providing me with a robust, sleek, professional and beautiful checkout page that collects payments in Google Pay, Stripe and Paypal, while connecting my new customers to ConvertKit and Thrive Themes Apprentice. The process has been a smooth transition, which I appreciate, just some coding errors that cause customers to be stuck at the upsell. ### 3. Could never get to the bottom of that despite customer support doing their best. All other domains worked perfectly, though. **What problems is ThriveCart solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping me convert website visitors into sales. Money! ### 4. Simple and easy. It integrates with everything and the support team is awsome. And the new Learn platform inside Thrivecart is the best thing for my courses and programs. I'm very happy with Thrivecart. It is by far the best investment I ever did. **What do you dislike about ThriveCart?** There is nothing I dislike in Thrivecart. Everything works very well. **What problems is ThriveCart solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Thrivecart I don't need Woocommerce and its thousands plugins to sell my products on my WordPress site.
