Thrive is an HCM software solution for medium and large organizations that automatie and streamlined electronic HR management to improve the efficiency of existing processes it allows human resources, payroll, time and labor, and many of the functions associated with these areas to be managed in real-time using mobile accessibility.

**What do you like best about THRIVE HCM?**

I love the scheduling platform in PayServ.  It is easy to use and build for our team. This is a platform that we use everyday and we love how easy it is to manuver it.

**What do you dislike about THRIVE HCM?**

I wish the scheduling platform would allow others to see who is working the shifts as well.

**What problems is THRIVE HCM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use PayServ for our payroll and scheduling platforms.  It is a one stop shop for our HR forms, current schedules and even has our accrediations listed with expiriations so we never get behind.

The ease of use for the common person to be able to navigate.

There is nothing that I dislike about Thrive HCM

Thrive is helping payroll processes by streamlining and expediting the processes and making the task more efficient.
