I like the fact that you can easily get engagement with Thrive Comments because of how nice it looks. Most "comment" sections on websites and landing pages look dodgy but Thrive Comments looks quite nice and bubbly. It makes the user experience better because they sense professionalism. You really need to know the exactly functionality of both programs in order to successfully finish the setup/integration. What problems is Thrive Comments solving and how is that benefiting you? It's solving our rate of engagement with our content pieces on our blog posts. This gives a sense of community for our clients and it's perfect in doing just that. Also, it helps our website and landing page give off a sense of professionalism. It's a great tool for the division and delegation of comments to the most relevant person to answer them. For my team, the most useful feature is the workflow, which allows us to delegate comments to the people best equipped to answer them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The most difficult thing was getting our team familiarized with the interface and workflow -- our learning curve took some time as our team members range in age and familiarity with new tech and plugins. As an organization, we have many people with many specific backgrounds of expertise, however the comments and queries we receive on reddit and facebook span much more than what our social media team (me) can handle. Thrive means I no longer have to act as a middle man, and thanks to support from our current administration, it's reduced my workload significantly, while enabling the rest of our team to have a hand in the public facing aspect of our organization.
