All users also receive a comprehensive set of job search management features, from building resumes and cover letters to searching and saving jobs from across the internet, career pathway exploration, AI-powered skills gap analysis, and live labour market data. Thrive is a one-stop career transition solution. To supplement the software, the marketplace has vendor partnerships with a range of online education service providers, skills, and personal assessment services and is localized with service providers for contemporary services like branding, photography (headshots), entrepreneurship services, etc. as required. A suite of traditional HR services is provided by Thrive's career coaching and strategic HR partners in over eight countries globally. These enhanced services can be covered by monetary deposits from customers. The service offering can be purchased directly by employers within its established markets as a service for digital outplacement, career transition, and internal talent mobility scenarios. Thrive also seeks revenue-share subscription partnerships with Human Resource Agencies in additional countries so it can serve employers in those markets.
