Thrive Architect is one of my favourites I've used for the longest time (from 2016-17). I like that they have extensive documentation on how to use Thrive Architect & to create landing pages (In Thrive University). Thrive Architect is easy to use tool, and has some good landing page templates to get started with. Plus, it is easy to create new pages using it as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Thrive Architect? Nothing that I can think of. Thrive Architect has an easy-to-use Drag n Drop Builder, which makes it easy to create pages. The fact that it's super intuitive to use. It's a drag and drop landing page builder so anyone of any experience level can use it. Typically people get scared with landing page builders needing lots of code, but Thrive Architect makes it simple with features already made...which need to be dragged onto the page. As in, your landing page won't appear how it is under editor mode on different devices. You really need to test what the page looks like across different devices and different browsers before you make it public online. It's solving the problem of having to hire a web developer/web designer because anyone in the internal marketing team can pick it up and use. We have used Thrive Architect to build out new sections of our website and could not be more pleased with the result. Excellent plug-in, very easy to use and great customization options. It's pretty organically easy to figure out. I am fairly proficient with Wordpress so that helps, but this is a great software. What do you dislike about Thrive Architect? I honestly can't think of anything. I love that it is easy to build any page imaginable for my website with drag and drop building blocks. Just a few example building blocks are Thrive integrations with other Thrive Themes tools, post lists, contact forms, call to action, image gallery, pricing table, audio, Custom HTML, Custom menu, comments, countdown, countdown evergreen, button, social follow and share, Google Map, progress bar, fill counter, tabs, toggle, testimonial, star rating, Facebook comments, and so much more along with any essentials. You can even save as a template any block that you customize to use later anywhere on your website. You use one of the Thrive Themes website themes for default appearance. For any theme, you can configure any detail to your liking. There are also fully built pages that you can select from templates to accelerate building pages. What do you dislike about Thrive Architect? Thrive Themes has since created a Theme Builder that we can use instead of Thrive Architect with a theme. I want to go with the Theme Builder as it is advertised as being even more flexible and versatile. There is a thorough training to do the switch that starts with a sincere explanation of reasons to change and when not to do the change. They also warn to reserve an entire weekend to switch and not rush the process. They guide us into some tests to see the extent of the work we would need to do if we do the change. It is not good timing for me, so I'm content to stay with Thrive Architect for the moment as it is still quite extraordinary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. As a Wordpress editor with a WYSIWYG style ("what you see is what you get") , Thrive Architect is very solid. It's a flexible tool, allowing you to make things look how you want. What do you dislike about Thrive Architect? While Thrive Architect is approachable for non-designers, it can be difficult to master completely. In certain situations, you may need to bring in an expert to get something just right (which is frustrating if you are trying to DIY a project). Also, the designs have a tendency to load slowly -- and this can kill your conversion rates if the page takes too long to load. Again, you may need to bring in an expert to speed things up. We used Thrive Architect to design numerous landing pages for an online course business. The presets templates are very useful, both for entire landing pages and for individual sections. It works well and has a ton of available templates out of the box, making the process of writing content and designing it simultaneously a breeze. The templating available, along with the new Thrive Builder are great. It enables doing full page templating as WYSIWYG which makes things easier and doesn't require any coding. The fact that it doesn't make use of Wordpress Gutenberg blocks worries me from time to time. That said, I still end up using Thrive Architect, simply because of its integration with Thrive Leads and the ability to use it as a marketing platform on top of just being a WYSIWYG editor. Recommendations to others considering Thrive Architect: I'd use Thrive Architect in any project where my focus is marketing - placements of newsletter subscription forms, opt-in forms, popups, A/B testing of these, etc. The price is very reasonable, the support is excellent, and the results speak for themselves. Having a comfortable visual editor for Wordpress where I can write my content, and especially the static pages and landing/sales pages for my business. Designing pages easily without the need of external designer+developer combo. This reduces the time it takes to put up new pages.
