The best thing about it is that It's a wholesome software, in the sense that it offers all the tools for project management and also wellbeing for the users. In our office, the workflow is intertwined with other enginnering offices. So, our deadlines are very dependent on the work generated by them and that is the reason why we couldn't push this software because the others firms aren't using the same. What I like most about this application is how easy it is to manage all the projects in an organized way, the time, the people involved in each task, and being able to obtain a final report, whether it's the work done for the day or at the end of the project, and it's very detailed. What I don't like about the application is that sometimes the integrations with other people cause some data loss, but it's not a big deal.
