Threshold™ is direct-booking software for independent vacation rental hosts and small property managers. More travelers now ask AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude to find and compare places to stay. Threshold gives each rental a verified, detailed listing that assistants connected to Threshold can read, with live availability, exact prices and a booking page where guests pay by card. Hosts confirm each request, or turn on instant booking. Your existing listings stay exactly as they are. Calendars sync with Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google Calendar and management systems like Hostaway, Guesty, OwnerRez, Lodgify and Hospitable, so dates booked anywhere stay closed everywhere. Threshold also brings together tools hosts usually pay for separately: - A booking page and website button under your own brand and web address - Card payments and payouts through Stripe - Prices that follow PriceLabs, or demand suggestions you approve - Retreat packages, extra-guest fees and local tourist taxes in every quote - Places with several rooms, managed together - A guest guidebook with a QR card - Before-and-after condition checks and damage claims - A guest list with repeat-guest discounts - Natalia, an AI helper that answers questions in your language Listings can be written in any language; Threshold adds an English version for travelers who search in English. Free to start. No booking-site commission on direct bookings.
