It is extremely unintuitive. **What do you dislike about ThreeSixty?** We use it to keep a database of clients and it is really made for sales. It requires use of ebusiness controls that make no sense in the context in which we use it **Recommendations to others considering ThreeSixty:** Don’t purchase it! **What problems is ThreeSixty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking clients. Being able to know if we have served someone in the community ### 2. The software is not conducive to my needs in programs and is not easily customizable. It works for the organization at large however it is difficult to get to the point where one is comfortable in the database. **What do you dislike about ThreeSixty?** The functionability. It’s really clunky. **What problems is ThreeSixty solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking customers and their purchases. It serves its purpose for a membership organization, not easily customizable and it is clunky. It often takes me longer than it should to find things in the system. ### 3. I can rarely get my work done without this program crashing at least 3-4 times. Also, I don't think the program is intuitive. **Recommendations to others considering ThreeSixty:** There are a lot of headaches and issues. I'm hoping that these will continue to get better. **What problems is ThreeSixty solving and how is that benefiting you?** We keep all of our member information in here.
