UI - The UI for Clara/ThreeKit is very frustrating. There are many "hidden" parameters and other options that are accessible through code that we wouldn't know about unless we had asked someone on the ThreeKit team. I feel this is a huge hindrance to the program. It also is a time sink for us too because we have to spend a lot of extra time waiting to hear back from the ThreeKit team on what to do.
Documentation - There is minimal documentation for your services and it's difficult for us to search for answers ourselves.
Materials - Materials and the way materials are created feels very frustrating. Again, as mentioned before, there are hidden parameters and functions that can be accessed through code which is another huge time sink for us. We have spent many hours trying to get materials to look proper in Clara and we are still having issues and running into unknowns. Many other render engines do not have issues like this.
Post Process Effects - Some post process effects are very limiting. Color adjustments are only clickable with a few integer parameters that allow for minimal adjustments. When asked if we could make changes to this we were told "this is not something that we can change", it's very surprising that we can't change this once so many other things are adjustable.
Company Direction/Roadmap - It's very concerning to not see a roadmap/direction as to where ThreeKit is going as a company. There has been many discussions about how this integration will work for many businesses, but you aren't telling us how you are going to get there. This does not allow us to plan projects either to make improvements on our end visually because there is minimal communication as to where the company is going. Some of these improvements include:
UI: the user interface in the ThreeKit platform will be overhauled to include better admin management and provide access to previously-unavailable options.
Documentation: we will simultaneously be rolling out a brand new documentation site managed by our training team so you will have the ability to search for answers on your own!
Materials: the platform will include major updates to the way we work with materials – we will be providing more access to materials and enable business users to apply materials to both products and product parts.
Post Process Effects: we are excited that V3 will include better lighting, shadow, and VRAY options, as well as major speed improvements in the configurator.
Company Direction/Roadmap: We appreciate you continuing to work with our growing company over the past several years. As we scale our Product Management and Customer Success teams, we are actively working on providing more transparent communication around our roadmap and company direction.

ThreeKits visualizer provides us functionality that we have not been able to find in another viewer. That functionality is the ability to dynamically build visuals on the fly. Most visualizers have you craft together a scene and a model, with ThreeKit we do not need to do that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The options we have when building a scene are not what I would like it to be. There are some features that other tools provide such as different types of lighting that we do not have available with ThreeKit. Also, the UI when building a scene needs some work. Right now it is menus upon menus and it is hard to find anything let alone remember where something was.
When we are trying to test new visuals and ideas, it seems like a majority of the time we have to reach out to ThreeKit themselves to ask if a feature we are looking for is in the tool.
I also feel like as of late, there is a lot of different initiatives going on within the ThreeKit Company. It feels hard for us to gauge where ThreeKit is going and the direction they are aiming for. Also, we have been a major partner with Clara for a while now and its frustrating when we are being sold something that we have no need for, such as their CMS. There aren't any things at this point in my experience that I dislike but I would like to see (if they don't already exist) provisions to give precise measurements of a product– for instance custom fabricated car parts, machined items that need to fit into certain tolerances etc. In theoretical applications I could see it being beneficial to take a virtual measuring tape to a 3D view/model and get accurate measurements.
