We were contracted out to another company for the 3d images and in this time didn't have many dealings with ThreeKit which we weren't expecting, however our third party supplier was very responsive and did a great job to the best of their ability. The main challenge with the third party was that English was a second language for them. This meant deciphering emails was made slightly more challenging and confusing at times, resulting in a few more emails than what would normally be required. But again the third party did their very best and it was a pleasure working with them.

We also weren't supplied the google documents/forms by ThreeKit which required input from us when we first starting producing the 3d images with the third party. The platform helps clients visualize their custom suit purchase before it its built. With the custom nature of our product there are over 1 million combinations of suits so it not possible to feature photos of every style in store or online.
