"Instant Quotes and Files—Backed by a Responsive 3K Team"
4/5
What do you like best about Threekit?

The AI tool has had positive feedback in ability to receive accurate outcomes based off the users input. Our sales team really benefits from the ability to show renderings of the sink designs while obtaining instant quotes - which helps with reducing manual quotes by our internal team. The 3K team is knowledgeable and responsive especially during key deployment target dates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Threekit?

Using Asana for tickets can become overwhelming and isn't a direct way to see what % of the task is complete, updated estimate quotes for the task, and seems to have a lot of tasks that are not always easy to see where that task is coming from. We are limited with the current UI set-up (moving the flow/steps around, adding additional sink features) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Chris Wood of Threekit

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, it's greatly appreciated! In particular, thanks for the detailed feedback on the project management challenges you're facing, that's something we'll share with the Product and Engineering teams and focus on improving from a usability and visibility standpoint.

"Sophisticated Visualizations, Streamlined Sales Experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Threekit?

ThreeKit is easy to work with and their platform is very capable, especially in producing 3D assets that can be viewed on various devices such as phones, tablets and desktop. I also appreciate that their tool incorporates augmented reality that has been hugely successful for us. They're increasingly offering more AI capabilities within their tools, which is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Threekit?

One of the challenges is that when making changes to existing content, you have to publish your entire library simultaneously. If you have multiple activities in progress to upgrade an existing asset, you often need to coordinate their completion carefully to publish them into production at the same time. This means that activities which finish first are held up until everything is ready to be migrated into production as a whole. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Chris Wood of Threekit

Thank you for your review of Threekit, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It's always great to hear how our product is making our customers' customers excited. I also very much appreciate the feedback on the technical limitations you've encountered, and will make sure that gets flagged with our Product and Engineering teams. Thanks again, Chris

"Empowers Customization, Needs More Innovation Leadership"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Threekit?

I appreciate Threekit's willingness to try new things and share best practices from other brands they work with. These practices make Threekit valuable to us because we rely on them for expertise to offer the best tool to make our customers' decision-making easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Threekit?

Threekit could lead the charge on innovation more. Bring in LLM/AI and other new tech to offer the latest and greatest. We typically find ourselves following what’s happening around us instead of leading. It would be helpful if Threekit could assist us in helping us lead vs. follow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Chris Wood of Threekit

Thank you for taking the time to review Threekit. I'm glad to hear that our expertise and innovation are bringing value to our partnership. I'd also love to hear more of your thoughts on improving our AI-specific initiatives, as this is a core piece of what we're building and customer feedback is at the heart of that. Feel free to reach out directly at cwood@threekit.com if you like, and thanks again

"Great tool - sets us ahead"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Threekit?

Once installed & established on our website, the tool has been beneficial for our internal team and our customers. I feel the quality of ThreeKit exceeds that of comparable platforms I have come across as a user. We plan to continue enhancing our website with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Threekit?

Making updates can be challenging. And it seems there isn't a concrete way to build products which makes it difficult when ThreeKit pushes a platform update & potentially interferes with existing models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great problem solving technical team!"
5/5
What do you like best about Threekit?

Threekit is an excellent company for providing a new dimension in the way you want to show your products to your consumers. Their great ability to create and develop 3D assets along with the ability to alter them in any way you please, is next level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Threekit?

If I had to pick one downside about threekit is, it could be a technical barrier for your team. If you don't have someone with some technical knowledge to work with them, you could potentially be a little lost down the road on how updates an be made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great set up and easy to use."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Threekit?

Very easy to add products/variants; customers seem to be able to use it with little to no issues. It is also lovely to use the 360 option to look at the finished product once customized by the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Threekit?

Sometimes does not work on mobile devices, and we have had customers say the page doesn't also load or show all the different options based on which browser you are using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Build-a-Boot"
5/5
What do you like best about Threekit?

They provided great customer service and made the whole thought process of designing a custom boot truly come to life. If a person is uncertain of what a feature is, they can visibly see the change on the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Threekit?

The only thing I really dislike about threekit is just the fee aspect of using the tool. I feel like when you pay for the deisgn, etc, it should be good to go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
