The AI tool has had positive feedback in ability to receive accurate outcomes based off the users input. Our sales team really benefits from the ability to show renderings of the sink designs while obtaining instant quotes - which helps with reducing manual quotes by our internal team. Using Asana for tickets can become overwhelming and isn't a direct way to see what % of the task is complete, updated estimate quotes for the task, and seems to have a lot of tasks that are not always easy to see where that task is coming from. ThreeKit is easy to work with and their platform is very capable, especially in producing 3D assets that can be viewed on various devices such as phones, tablets and desktop. I also appreciate that their tool incorporates augmented reality that has been hugely successful for us. They're increasingly offering more AI capabilities within their tools, which is great. One of the challenges is that when making changes to existing content, you have to publish your entire library simultaneously. If you have multiple activities in progress to upgrade an existing asset, you often need to coordinate their completion carefully to publish them into production at the same time. We use ThreeKit for offering our customers and dealers a sophisticated sales and visualization experience for products. it allows folks to visualize digital twins of our equipment in their real environments to check for fit/sizing and how they will compliment existing equipment. People are visual so it greatly streamlines the process for understanding our products, making decisions on things like material finishes and colors, etc. The tool gets customers excited and engaged and dreaming about how they wish to practice dentistry and what their future world can look like, beyond what would be possible with just conversations and simple photos on a website or brochure. And it seems there isn't a concrete way to build products which makes it difficult when ThreeKit pushes a platform update & potentially interferes with existing models. For us, we have so many customization options available to the customer that it was becoming tough to communicate that with our customers on paper. Very easy to add products/variants; customers seem to be able to use it with little to no issues. Sometimes does not work on mobile devices, and we have had customers say the page doesn't also load or show all the different options based on which browser you are using. They provided great customer service and made the whole thought process of designing a custom boot truly come to life.
