The end result is a great-looking 3D experience for our customers, but also a tool that functions as a rules engine for our technical teams to integrate with. **What do you dislike about Threekit?** Project Management during our implementation team was not as strong as I would have liked, particularly for a tool this expensive. The augmented reality experience is excellent, as it allows the customer, not only to visualize the product in 3D, but also to see it, through their phone, in the space of their home that they want. **What do you dislike about Threekit?** Setting up the software can be a long and tedious process, especially if you have many products of different models and options. It can slow down the software when you are uploading images, especially if you are uploading in batches. The price can be expensive, but it is certainly worth the cost compared to the benefits. **Recommendations to others considering Threekit:** The software provides a unique shopping experience that every customer wants to have and that every company should provide, so it has been incredible all the increase in sales and profits that we have achieved with this program, so we do not hesitate to recommend it to all companies. I have no doubt that this software is worth the purchase, since, despite having a high cost, our sales have increased considerably thanks to its augmented virtual reality technology and its different tools. As soon as you do download it you could get right to work and continue your day. But that is all I can comment on, as we never experienced the live version. Better go live support needed, as not all installations are as straightforward as they make out. **What do you dislike about Threekit?** It has now certainly felt like the financials took priority over system deliver and customer experience. The contract was left to run even though it wasn't in use, with little empathy shown. Getting further fees from us was the priority and this was evident. With a complex offering and high fees, these vendors must ensure go live or usable functionality before taking fees. Not only are they creative problem solvers, but they are active listeners to what your needs and visions are. They are authentically team players bringing in the best people to tackle the job at hand. I am not a software professional, and the ease of our communication was seamless. The end product was what we hoped for and more. They stayed engaged in the entire process and check-in regularly to keep the platform current and relevant. **What do you dislike about Threekit?** I can not say I dislike anything about this company. I saw no weakness, no negativity, no ego. Their staff is easy to work with, and I always looked forward to their calls even if we addressed a problem. Our customers can engage with our product, understand it, create a fully buildable, customizable unit, order it, and receive their custom design in the mail—magical. ### 27. The end result was excellent too and the follow up service has been great. **What do you dislike about Threekit?** We were contracted out to another company for the 3d images and in this time didn't have many dealings with ThreeKit which we weren't expecting, however our third party supplier was very responsive and did a great job to the best of their ability. The main challenge with the third party was that English was a second language for them. This meant deciphering emails was made slightly more challenging and confusing at times, resulting in a few more emails than what would normally be required. But again the third party did their very best and it was a pleasure working with them. We also weren't supplied the google documents/forms by ThreeKit which required input from us when we first starting producing the 3d images with the third party. This made it confusing for both parties at first. There are many "hidden" parameters and other options that are accessible through code that we wouldn't know about unless we had asked someone on the ThreeKit team. I feel this is a huge hindrance to the program. It also is a time sink for us too because we have to spend a lot of extra time waiting to hear back from the ThreeKit team on what to do. Documentation - There is minimal documentation for your services and it's difficult for us to search for answers ourselves. Materials - Materials and the way materials are created feels very frustrating. Again, as mentioned before, there are hidden parameters and functions that can be accessed through code which is another huge time sink for us. We have spent many hours trying to get materials to look proper in Clara and we are still having issues and running into unknowns. Many other render engines do not have issues like this. Post Process Effects - Some post process effects are very limiting. Color adjustments are only clickable with a few integer parameters that allow for minimal adjustments. When asked if we could make changes to this we were told "this is not something that we can change", it's very surprising that we can't change this once so many other things are adjustable. Company Direction/Roadmap - It's very concerning to not see a roadmap/direction as to where ThreeKit is going as a company. There has been many discussions about how this integration will work for many businesses, but you aren't telling us how you are going to get there. This does not allow us to plan projects either to make improvements on our end visually because there is minimal communication as to where the company is going. **Recommendations to others considering Threekit:** ThreeKit can offer a lot of services that can be beneficial to your company.
