"Perfect Support, Seamless Permission Management"
5/5
What do you like best about ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform?

I find the ease of use and support from ThreatLocker Platform to be absolutely perfect. The cyber heroes are available 24/7/365 when I need support. The platform's user-friendly setup for policies really stands out, and it's great that end users can request install approval, which notifies admins via email and text. Approvals during this process only take a few minutes. The initial setup was also easy, thanks to the agents learning mode and the always ready assistance from ThreatLocker staff. "Effective Security with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform?

I like that the admin portal of the ThreatLocker Platform is easy to use once you get the hang of it. It's also very effective at blocking unwanted applications, which is really important for application security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform?

I'm still learning how to effectively use ThreatLocker. It would be nice if we could upload an application installer to ThreatLocker and add it to allowed applications so we don't have to manually approve every MSI, EXE, or all that the installer uses. The deployment to endpoints was easy, but the setup afterwards not so much. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Protection Made Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform?

I really like the ThreatLocker Platform because of the amount of power and protection it offers along with its ease of use. The Application Control and Storage Control features are particularly valuable, as they let me block unapproved applications and manage USB sticks plugged into our devices. This is crucial for us to maintain CMMC compliance, as it enables us to control in one place what applications and USB devices are allowed on our systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use ThreatLocker Platform to secure my networking data and my clients' networking data. I appreciate its ability to prevent unauthorized apps from executing and lock down network traffic. I like the application control feature, which stops unpermitted applications from executing and reduces risk. The network control is useful for limiting inbound and outbound traffic. I find the EDR and MDR features helpful for monitoring the network for suspicious behavior. The initial setup was quite easy with the help of my Solutions engineer. "How Threatlocker helped our Healthcare IT with compliance and efficiency"
5/5
What do you like best about ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform?

Threatlocker has allowed us to better support our teams, meet our healthcare-related compliance requirements, and improve the user experience by making the lack of administrative permissions on machines much more manageable for both IT and end users through pre-approved policies. In addition, the turnaround time for addressing requests has improved significantly: instead of waiting for IT to log in as an admin to meet users’ needs, most policy-based needs are now handled almost instantaneously. What do you dislike about ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform?

We did need to communicate well with our users, clearly outline the requirements of our regulations, and explain how Theeatlocker made it easier to meet them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable with Effortless Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform?

I really like the customization options on ThreatLocker Platform. Its ability to create custom rules means we don't impact user experience, which is a huge plus for us. The product allows us to customize it to fit our environment perfectly, and it comes with a ton of prebuilt rules that really help. The setup was very easy, thanks to the built-in rules and the ability to use monitoring mode, which lets us test rules before implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform?

The UI is a little dated. But it doesn’t impact core functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the ease of managing applications in our environment, and the patch management is super easy to keep our third-party apps up to date. The built-in app updates feature makes it super easy to set up schedules to update all applications within our environment. The 'always deny' feature in application control is beneficial for alerting us to what users are installing on their endpoints. The initial setup of ThreatLocker Platform was super easy. "Impressive Security Features with Outstanding Support"
5/5
What do you like best about ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform?

I appreciate that the ThreatLocker Platform is fairly easy to rollout, and the support team and proactive engineer sessions are awesome. The support, ease of use, and features of ThreatLocker Platform are so much better than what we used before. I also found the initial setup to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform?

There are some bugs from time to time that can cause issues. We had an issue with network printers where the network control driver would intercept print traffic and cause large random wingdings when users tried to print. This caused quite a bit of wasted paper and user frustration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
