I love the ease of visibility into what programs are doing when installing, which is really helpful. I appreciate how it allows us to open a testing environment in the browser and review how isolated programs affect an already deployed system. UAC control is streamlined by having a comprehensive interface to review and test programs that are requested. If it could link into the tenant with Delegate permissions and allow the same review of requested 365 apps like how installed apps work, that would be really helpful. I like that with ThreatLocker Zero Trust Platform, you can be sure that nothing malicious is being installed without first being caught, even if someone clicks to download something. It won't let them proceed without being approved, which gives me peace of mind. It makes us not have to worry as much when someone clicks on something they shouldn't because we know that nothing would be installed without alerting us. Sometimes people don't include their email or, like, a device name, so it's hard to know who to reach out to and let them know they're good to go after an approval has been done. It can also be difficult to know just based off the file path what the actual process of the program wanting to be installed is. The Ringfencing feature is incredible and makes it easy for us to isolate apps when needed. The dashboards and logs are really helpful as they make it easier to see what's being blocked and why, which is critical for security operations and compliance reviews. I appreciate the detailed logs that help me determine which specific policy is blocking an action, eliminating a lot of trial-and-error troubleshooting and allowing precise adjustments while maintaining security posture. That same granularity increases complexity. More contextual guidance and structured onboarding would reduce early friction, prevent overly broad approvals, shorten ramp-up time, and increase admin confidence.
