The dashboard is easy to read and understand, showing everything I need in one place, so I don't have to check multiple tools. The learning curve is steep when first starting to use it. It takes time to understand all the features and how to set everything up. The data and insight you see when monitoring your network and application availability using Thousand Eyes is truly unbelievable. The price is a little higher compared to other tools, and working out how many units you need to perform the tests you want can be a little confusing if you haven't dabbled with the product beforehand. Without using Thousand Eyes, you will always resort to the outside-in view to try and work out how a service is behaving or how a client experience is going. With Thousand Eyes, you get the opposite view of inside out, which immediately lets you know how the network is performing, whether cloud services are accessible and whether the overall digital experience for a user is what they should be getting.
