"ThousandEye Product Review"
5/5
What do you like best about ThousandEyes?

Thousandeyes is a good product for any external monitoring needed. It has help us in many different situations for website issues/dns issues. Also it can be used for internal monitoring with enterprise agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThousandEyes?

The only downside I have is with the kubernetes dockers agent monitoring. The agents don't see to stay up and when you reboot the agent gets recreated causing agent to agent test problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent tool to early detect issues with network services"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ThousandEyes?

The most helpful feature of ThousandEyes is the ability to locate failures in any part of the network side when applications fail. No matter if it's outside of the company's administrative control, it helps pinpoint where the issue is, so we can engage appropriate teams as needed (App support, Internet Providers, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThousandEyes?

I would like more support of network enterprise agents for other vendors, (F5 loadbalancers) and also support for Catalyst 9600 products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"ThousandEyes Review"

What do you like best about ThousandEyes?

I like that as a business I can pinpoint where outage occurs and investigate immediately. Additionally, having the ability to use metrics to view our endpoints is extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ThousandEyes?

Maybe it's our organization but whenever we try to change account groups, it's beyond laggy. Its nearly impossible to navigate the drip down menu of account groups because it seems to query all the data as it loads up the front end of the account group name Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
