This feature saves my team hours each week and keeps our network running smoothly for everyone. **What do you dislike about ThousandEyes?** The learning curve is steep when first starting to use it. It takes time to understand all the features and how to set everything up. The pricing is also quite high compared to other monitoring tools. Its nearly impossible to navigate the drip down menu of account groups because it seems to query all the data as it loads up the front end of the account group name **What problems is ThousandEyes solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helping us monitor our internal applications throughout our organization. We used it to fetch the link status in our network. If there was any loss or error observed in our network, it helped us in notifying the same. The data was very apt and very could rely on it without logging into the device **What do you dislike about ThousandEyes?** The data showed up after a delay. We could move and drag to set up a particular time frame, but it was quite slow in showing data when asked for a specific time frame **What problems is ThousandEyes solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used to look for delays and errors in our network using it. It also helped us in figuring out the current status of the interface and the transit links.
