ThoughtFarmer has been instrumental in tailoring a significant employee recognition program for us, which has yielded positive results for our company.

Currently, they are partnering with us to explore and leverage new features of their platform. Our goal is to drive increased engagement among our employees

and increase traffic from our field users to the intranet.

Given our unique organizational structure, creating a one-stop-shop intranet for all employees has been challenging. However, with ThoughtFarmer's assistance,

we're making strides towards achieving this goal. We are dedicated to fostering an environment of trust and a culture of collaboration, and the intranet is a key

What do you like best about ThoughtFarmer?

Our team used multiple forms of communication and things would get easily lost in the shuffle. ThoughtFarmer has helped us streamline to a single hub for our corporate communications. I recommend checking out some of the helpful videos on their product and features. The team at ThoughtFarmer are very easy to work with and collaborate with. What problems is ThoughtFarmer solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are able to ensure staff are following specific pages so they are aware of updates/new posts. The mandatory follow feature has made managing this much easier with user groups. We had nothing that was collaborative and a one-stop-shop for employee communicationg and engagement. We went live with our Intranet in early September and so far things are great!
