It goes beyond just a survey and allows for interaction and dialogue which allows for great insights and understanding. It provides us with rich and useful data that helps make informed decisions. **What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?** I don't see anything I dislike yet. I haven't used and explored it enough to comment on this. **What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** It ensures that all the voices are heard and put forth. It's usually difficult to get everyone to talk so this is a great platform. It additionally allows for dialogue which helps us make better-informed decisions ### 3. The UI is good, it's easy to use, and reliable. Everyone can access it. **What do you dislike about ThoughtExchange?** I dislike integrating it into our current system we use, Slack. There was some friction in the transition period. Some archives were still in Slack and we needed to access those in addition to creating new lines of communication. **What problems is ThoughtExchange solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were attempting to communicate with the entire team across time zones and locations since we are no longer fully in-person. We have been able to easily schedule meetings and keep each other in the loop asynchonously as well using this platform. ### 4.
