"Everything learning in a single portal."
4.5/5
What do you like best about Thought Industries?

We can design education, deliver experiences, and measure outcomes in a single portal. We can integrate previous and future SCORM/xAPI; all reporting is done here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

Every LMS/LXP will fall short of your return on expectations because of your specific needs, but I implore you to begin looking at what you can Optimize here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use online courses"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Thought Industries?

Once the setup is done according to your needs, Thought Industries is pretty simple to use for everyone.

You get pre-built courses setup, analytics and easy-to-use widgets to complete your offer.

Via zapier, it connects with any other software we use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

It can be a closed environment sometimes, and you must find creative solutions to adapt to existing external systems. The TI team is always there to support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good cliente user experience, not so good as developer"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Thought Industries?

The experience as a normal user is really good, the platform has a lot of stuff, the experience is great, but as a developer there's stuff missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

Not so many options as a developer, the tracking scripts don't have much functionalities and I was expecting callbacks for stuff I wanted to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Solid + Intuitive"
5/5
What do you like best about Thought Industries?

Robust set of LMS features that satisfy the majority of customer user. Learning Paths and Content Authoring are world-class tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

Still lacks a few bells/whistles required for customer admins to have same UX and permission sets as they would have using an enterprise LMS solution. Panorama Admins should have all permissions necessary in their panorama and no dual-login for different permissions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This platform is excellent for mid-size business."
3.5/5
What do you like best about Thought Industries?

The customer support and ongoing education about how to use the platform is great. Most of our questions are answered within the TI Academy. The partnership with CSM and their willingness to support is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

There are many enhancements going on frequently, the platform is getting better everytime. Yet, the flexibility to use the platform in terms of page design or content development is still missing. Very limited options (like widgets) for creative designers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Finally a Learning Management System Platform with WorldClass Support!"
5/5
What do you like best about Thought Industries?

Thought Industries is very intuitive to use with many native course authoring features, but best of all is their first-class support team always ready to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

I do wish there were a few more options with the course authoriting tools natively available. What is offered is good, but wish there were more options like multiple matching or step ordering options for quizzes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great platform and even better customer support!"
5/5
What do you like best about Thought Industries?

Thought Industries allows us to effectively deploy educational materials in a modern and creative way for learners. They offer so many pages to choose from to help implement our educational materials in a way that leaners have loved so far! I cannot say enough about how great their client support analysts have been. If ever we have a question about the platform, whether that be a custom function or design question, Ti is extremely quick to respond and usually with multiple solutions and visual instructions that help solve the initial request. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

Sometimes our clients are requesting functions on the site that are not doable on Ti, but Ti encourages us to submit the request to their "voice of the customer program' where they are reviewing development requests. They usually keep us updated on the status of those requests which is nice to know. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Have been recommending this platform for all of my L&D friends and former colleagues!"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Thought Industries?

The extent to which you can customize Thought Industries is great! It can be daunting in the beginning, but once you get your feet wet the possibilities of what you can do and how you design it are endless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

If I have to choose something I dislike, it would be that since there are so many ways you can customize your site, there's also the opportunity to 'over customize' and cause quirks in your site that wouldn't otherwise be seen, and are difficult to troubleshoot. "Could not have imagined a better partner in educating our customers"
5/5
What do you like best about Thought Industries?

I will begin with the platform itself. Intuitive, continually evolving , and powerful enough to deliver important information to everyone from Prospects, customers, and employees. Beyond the platform, or should I say behind it, is a team of people that truly want nothing more than for my program to be successful. It is also very impressive how Thought Industries listens to their customers and commits to investing in improving resources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

There is a bit of a learning curve with all the tools available, but between Office Hours and the new customer trainings, it is easy to become an expert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Alex Forbes of Thought Industries

Hi Cary! Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts about our platform and team here as well. We all greatly appreciate it and your partnership with us!

"Robust LMS with Room to Grow"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Thought Industries?

Thought Industries has an incredible team of salespeople, support, and ongoing project management assistance. I feel like Thought Industries is committed to and truly cares about the success of my business, which is priceless! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Thought Industries?

The biggest issues I have come across lie in the difficulties in managing several of my own clients' online learning programs simultaneously. Panorama is a neat idea that I believe would be far better utilized if you could monetize each Panorama with separate Stripe accounts, and if you could direct learners to content items that are linked to a specific Panorama (i.e. a learner gets an email for a webinar, clicks the link, then can either sign up for the Panorama that the content item is assigned to or sign in to their existing account).
