What do you dislike about ONESOURCE? Customer service is handled internationally, which poses communication issues. Every time I have submitted a case, I am treated like a programmer, and don't often understand what's being asked of me. To be fair, we are a smaller company with limited IT help. Onesource is a highly technically advanced software, that is easy to use. We are a multinational corporation with multiple entities and OneSource allows us to prepare our tax returns at a highly technical and accurate level. The capabilities to roll up all of these entities into one US reporting entity with OneSource surpasses the ability to do that on other softwares, in my opinion.
