Range of tests that allow us to assess candidates for different roles and build out role profiles based on these tests.

Useful in assessing softer skills for candidates to build out a fuller image of them.

What do you dislike about Thomas?

Lack of technical testing which would allow for easier use as one platform would be handier than mutliple.

Lack of languages for testing to be taken in - we have candidates from all over the globe and if the tests are not taken in their native language then it can impact their scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
