There isn't anything I particularly dislike about Thomas International. If I had to choose it would be that it could be made more clear that particularly scores on TEIQue profiles aren't "good or bad" it's mentioned but not particularly elaborated upon. Our trainer was able to break the product down clearly. As a result, I am more able to make effective use of the PPA when meeting new coaching clients. The important challenge with DISC product is that users coming from outside of coaching or HR, like me, need a fair amount of help to understand the product and use it correctly.
